Recently had some customer service issues with another local shop and a concern about a tire. I ran by bulk to see if I needed to buy another used tire for a temporary for a week or so. Bryan was absolutely amazing, came out and looked at everything and inspected the tire. He was friendly and I am very thankful that I chose to stop by. I will be using them in the future
I don’t see you getting better service anywhere. I only need two front tires replaced with the tires I had bought elsewhere. Without hesitation , all staff and manager stated they had to make sure the tires were road ready and a size that fit my van. No appointment needed, wait time was about 15 minutes, and 15 minutes later the guys in the garage had my van road ready and safe to go. Best place I’ve ever had tires changed and balanced.

My husband and I were on our way to Nashville when when our truck wouldn’t start after stopping for gas. After getting a jump there, we stopped at Napa to get our battery tested which wasn’t the problem. They recommended Bryan’s shop so we headed there. Bryan was so helpful and got us right in. They found the issue and Bryan offered to drop us off at a local restaurant/bar so we could get lunch and hang out while they fixed our truck. He even came and picked us back up. Can’t say enough good things about the customer service we received. Definitely made a frustrating situation a little better. Thank you so much for your kindness and customer service!
